2. Use of This Website
This website is provided to give you information about Maugene Engineering's machining, fabrication and wheel adapter services, and to let you request a quote or place an order enquiry. You agree to use it only for these lawful purposes.
3. Quotes and Orders
Submitting the Contact form or the Wheel Adapters order form sends us a request only — it is not a binding order or contract until we've confirmed it with you directly. This website does not process any online payments.
Sending us a credit application applies for a trade account. It does not open one. Credit is granted at our discretion, under our separate Terms & Conditions of Sale, and only after we receive the signed Suretyship.
4. Intellectual Property
The content on this site — including text, images, logos and the Maugene Engineering name — belongs to Maugene Engineering unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without our permission.
5. Third-Party Links
This site links to or mentions third-party businesses, such as www.alloywheels.com and selected car fitment centres, for your convenience. We don't control these third parties and aren't responsible for their content, products or services.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we try to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, we make no guarantees about its completeness or accuracy, and we won't be liable for any loss arising from your use of this website, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
