Credit application

Apply for a trade account with Maugene Engineering. Download the application form, complete and sign it, and email it to us with your supporting documents.

How to apply

1. Download and complete the form. Fill in Section A, then Section B if you are a registered company or close corporation, or Section C if you are a partnership or sole proprietor. Add your banking details and trade references.
2. Sign it. Sign the declaration and the Terms & Conditions of Sale. The Suretyship must be signed by the director(s), member(s) or partner(s), with a witness.
3. Email it to us. Send the signed form and your supporting documents to sales@maugene.co.za. We will be in touch once your application has been assessed.

What to attach

Attaching everything up front speeds up your application.

Registered company

Your latest list of directors (CoR39 / CM29). Audited financial statements are optional but speed up approval.

Close corporation

Your founding statement and any amended founding statements (CK1 / CK2). Audited financial statements are optional but speed up approval.

Partnership

The partnership agreement and ID copies of all partners.

Sole proprietor

An ID copy of the proprietor.

Rented premises

A copy of the lease or an invoice from your landlord.
